Search Data

We store the keywords you search, the App Store results returned for those keywords, and the analysis we generate from those results. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.

Usage Data

We may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and improving the service.

• To provide and maintain the Lumos ASO AI service
• To save your keyword searches and analysis history
• To send transactional emails such as account verification and password reset
• To monitor for abuse, including enforcement of our content and language policies

4. Data Sources

App Store data displayed in search results is sourced from Apple's public iTunes Search API (itunes.apple.com/search). This data is publicly available and is not owned by Lumos ASO AI. We do not use any paid third-party ASO data provider.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Clerk — identity and authentication provider
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and database storage
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and saved searches for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual saved searches at any time within the app. To request full account deletion and erasure of all associated data, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
